Monroe USA Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, of course. At Monroe USA, we want every customer to feel completely confident with her purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.
 - 
For items where hygiene is important, the product must be clean and unworn.
 - 
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
 - 
Once your return is received and inspected, processing takes approximately 7 business days. You will receive confirmation once your return has been officially approved.
 
We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears to have been used, altered, or damaged beyond our control.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate your return:

Include the following information in your message:

Order number

Reason for the return
 - 
Photo of the product (in case of damage)
 - 
Full name and shipping address

Once we have received your request, our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send your package to the sender’s address — our returns are processed at a separate facility.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
After this period, our automated system immediately begins processing and packing your order, and cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped, please wait until it arrives and then proceed with a standard return.
You may still email us in advance to inform us of your intention to cancel.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, please contact us via email at info@monroe-usa.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
The withdrawal becomes effective once the returned goods are received and inspected.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that our logistics centers operate globally — with certain shipments fulfilled directly from our central warehouse in Asia — which may result in longer transit times.
Customs Fees
Returns may be subject to customs inspections or import handling fees.
Any duties, taxes, or charges applied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs will not be covered or refunded by Monroe USA.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Include clear photos and a short description of the issue.
If the fault lies on our end, we will gladly send you a replacement item at no cost.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be charged for this transaction.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
