Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Delivery Time
The average shipping time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to customs procedures.
Shipping method and origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. As a result, customs fees may apply, depending on the country of delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. These depend on the weight, destination and chosen shipping type.
Responsibility for shipping
- If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.
- Please check your address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.

At Monroe USA we kindly ask our customers to order only the sizes they truly intend to keep. Our return policy is not meant for ordering multiple sizes with the intention of sending most items back. This practice leads to unnecessary shipping, handling, and environmental impact. We recommend checking our detailed size charts before placing your order to help you find the perfect fit the first time.
